How To Clear Cache & Cookies for Shockwave on macOS Safari

1. Open Safari: With Safari already open on your Mac, look at the top-right corner of the screen.
   
   
2. Access Settings: Click on the word "Safari" at the top of your screen, then select "Settings" from the dropdown menu. On some Macs, this option might be called "Preferences".
   
   
3. Go to the Privacy Tab: In the Settings window, click on the "Privacy" tab to continue.
   
   
4. Manage Website Data: Here, you’ll see an option labeled "Manage Website Data". Click on it, and a new window will pop up.
   
   
5. Find Shockwave: In the popup window, type "Shockwave" in the search bar. If Shockwave appears in the list, click on it.
   
   
6. Remove Data: After selecting Shockwave, click the "Remove" button located below the list. Once done, click "Done" to close the window.
   
   
7. Refresh Safari: To make sure all changes take effect, refresh your page without using the cache. On your Mac keyboard, press Command + Option + R. This will reload the page and clear the cache.
