Follow video instructions here:
- Open Safari: With Safari already open on your Mac, look at the top-right corner of the screen.
- Access Settings: Click on the word "Safari" at the top of your screen, then select "Settings" from the dropdown menu. On some Macs, this option might be called "Preferences".
- Go to the Privacy Tab: In the Settings window, click on the "Privacy" tab to continue.
- Manage Website Data: Here, you’ll see an option labeled "Manage Website Data". Click on it, and a new window will pop up.
- Find Shockwave: In the popup window, type "Shockwave" in the search bar. If Shockwave appears in the list, click on it.
- Remove Data: After selecting Shockwave, click the "Remove" button located below the list. Once done, click "Done" to close the window.
- Refresh Safari: To make sure all changes take effect, refresh your page without using the cache. On your Mac keyboard, press Command + Option + R. This will reload the page and clear the cache.
