Is Shockwave not working right? Clearing the saved data on your browser might fix it. Here's how to do it step by step:

1. Open Your Browser: Click on the Chrome or Edge icon to open your browser.
   
   
2. Go to Shockwave: Type the Shockwave website address into the top bar where you usually see website addresses and press Enter.
   
   
3. Find the Lock or Info Icon: Look at the left side of the address bar at the top. You'll see a small padlock or an "i" in a circle. Click on it.
   
   
4. Click on Cookies: A little menu will pop up. Find the option that says "Cookies and site data" and click it.
   
   
5. Manage Your Data: You'll see a button that says "Manage." Click on this to see all the data saved by websites.
   
   
6. Delete Shockwave Data: Type "Shockwave" in the search box to find it quickly. Once you see it, click on it and then choose "Remove" or "Delete" to clear it.
