For technical issues, an agent may request console logs to investigate a particular bug. First, go to the page on which you're encountering the error. Allow the error to occur whether it's an error message or a black screen.
Scroll down to your browser to follow the directions:
Google Chrome
1. Right-click anywhere on the page
2. Select Inspect
3. Select Console on the upper tabs
4. Right-click anywhere in the console log area
5. Select Save as...
6. Save as a text document
7. Attach the file in your reply to support.
Firefox
1. Right-click on page
2. Select Inspect Element
3. Select Console on the upper tabs of the pop-up
4. Right-click anywhere in the console log area
5. Select Export Visible Messages To > File
6. Save as text
7. Attach a file in your reply to support.
Safari
1. Right-click anywhere on the page
2. Select Inspect Element
3. Select Console
4. Click and drag to select all logs under console
5. Right-click copy and select
6. Open a text doc and paste
7. Attach text in your reply to support.
