If you forgot your password, no worries! You can reset your password through the login.
1. Click on the login
2. Click on Forgot Password
3. Enter the email linked to your account, and click on Request Reset.
4. The email you will receive will be from support@shockwave.com. Click on the link within the email message. You will also find your username in the title and body of the email as highlighted by the black box in the example below:
Note: If you do not see the email within 5 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still do not see it, please add support@shockwave.com as a contact to your email account, and then try resetting the password again.
5. Once you click on the link in the email, you will be redirected to a new page to reset your password. Type in your new password into both boxes and then click on Rest Password.
6. Click on log in in the right-hand corner, and enter your new password with your username.
Tips for logging in:
1. Make sure your caps lock isn't on. The login is case-sensitive. For instance, typing the word "Apple" is not the same as typing the word "apple." Make sure you are using the correct case.
2. Clear your browser's cache before logging in again.
3. Your internet browser must have cookies turned on in preferences.
4. Make sure there are no stray spaces anywhere, including before or after the name or password.
5. Make sure are using a compatible browser with our site. Compatible browsers are Firefox, Google Chrome, Edge, and Safari.
6. If you are using an auto-filler, try turning it off and typing in your information manually.
