If you want to proceed with cancellation, below are the instructions for computers and tablets:
1. If you are not already logged in, please log in:
2. Once you are logged in, click on the menu (white three lines), and then click on Account Settings.
3. Once you are at your account settings, click on the Subscription tab. Then click on Cancel.
4. Make sure you confirm cancellation by clicking Cancel Subscription:
Note: Your subscription will remain active for the amount most recently paid. You will not receive a refund or prorated refund for previous charges.
