How do I update my payment method?

1. If you are not already logged in, please log in via the login in the upper right-hand corner:

2. Once you are logged in,  Click on My Shockwave, and click on Account Settings from there.  

3. Click on the Subscription tab, and then click on Manage.

4. Once you click on Manage, you will be redirected to our payment page to submit your new information. Please fill out the form, and then select Update Information:

Note: Signed up with Paypal? Please refer to your Paypal account to change your payment method.
