If you forgot your password, don’t worry! Resetting it is easy through the login page.

Click on Log In at the top-right of the page.

Click on Forgot Password.

Enter your email that’s linked to your account, then click Request Reset.

You will receive an email from support@shockwave.com. In the email, click the link to reset your password. Your username will also be included in the email for your reference.
Note: If you don’t see the email within 5 minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If it’s still missing, add support@shockwave.com as a contact and try resetting the password again.

Once you click the link in the email, you’ll be taken to a page where you can reset your password. Enter your new password into both boxes and click Reset Password.

After resetting, click Log In at the top-right corner and enter your username and new password.

Tips for logging in:
- Check Caps Lock: Passwords are case-sensitive. "Apple" is not the same as "apple."
- Clear your browser cache: This can help if you’re having trouble logging in.
- Enable cookies: Make sure your browser has cookies turned on in the settings.
- Check for extra spaces: Ensure there are no extra spaces before or after your username or password.
- Use a compatible browser: Recommended browsers are Firefox, Google Chrome, Edge, and Safari.
- Turn off autofill: If you use an autofill tool, try typing your details manually.
