How to Cancel Your Shockwave Unlimited Subscription
To cancel your subscription, make sure you are logged into the correct account associated with the subscription.

Logging in to your account
Shockwave has two layout options. Use the images below to identify your layout.
Classic
If you see this home page, this is the classic layout. To login, click on the orange button at the top-right that says "Login".
Modern
If you see this home page, this is the modern layout. To login, click on the orange button at the top-right that says "Log in".
Type your email (or username) and password to login to your account. After a successful login, you should be redirected back to the home page. If you've forgotten your password, click the 'Forgot Password' link at the bottom. This will send you a password reset request to your email. Sometimes this can go to your SPAM/JUNK inbox, so be sure to check.

Managing your subscription
After logging in, click the down arrow next to your username and select 'Subscription' from the dropdown menu. This page allows you to manage or cancel your subscription.
Canceling your subscription
To cancel:
- Go to the 'Subscription' page.
- Click 'Cancel Subscription.'
- Confirm your cancellation in the pop-up prompt.
Important: You will still have access to your subscription until the current paid period ends. Once canceled, you cannot reactivate the subscription until it fully expires.
